You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad 4+ years on the tools preferred.
