Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
