Overhead (EOT) crane operator — El Paso County

Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in El Paso County, Texas. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Your main tasks: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
