Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Chase County, Nebraska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service.
