Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
