Oven operator wanted in Noble County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Noble County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
