Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 1+ years on the tools preferred.
