Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Spokane County, Washington. You will be based in a collision repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
