We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Delaware County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
