Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
