Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Boki, Cross River State. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
