Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
