Urgent requirement: canteen cook (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Wabash County, Illinois. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
