Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹160 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
