You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
