Vacancy available: powder coater (Niger State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Gbako, Niger State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
