Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Long County, Georgia. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
