We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Namchi, Sikkim. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; food handler / hygiene certificate. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
