We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Lamar County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
