Bakery assistant — Idemili North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Idemili North, Anambra State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience.
