Milling machinist — Forsyth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machinist in Forsyth County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
