The role involves upsell and cross-sell add-on products; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor; check stock levels and raise reorder requests; follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp; punch orders into the billing/POS system. Ideal candidate: • Accurate in handling cash • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
