Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings ₦65,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
