On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
