Dishwashing attendant — Pakyong

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Pakyong, Sikkim. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
