On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
