Great opportunity: foundry worker (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Leon County, Texas. You will work on the moulding line. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
