Chef de partie wanted in Ikole

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ikole, Ekiti State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
