Chef de partie wanted in Warren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Warren County, Illinois. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
