Urgent requirement: bread baker (Oyo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Akinyele, Oyo State. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
