We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
