On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided.
