You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
