Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in St. Clair County, Alabama. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
