Meat cutter — Ogu Bolo

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
