Short order cook — Atchison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Atchison County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
