Shuttering carpenter wanted in Brazos County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Brazos County, Texas. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
