Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bida, Niger State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦155,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
