Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pierce County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
