You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
