Grill cook wanted in Lyon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Lyon County, Nevada. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
