Bread and bun maker wanted in Karnes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Karnes County, Texas. You will work at a busy bakery. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
