Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel The role involves mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming.
