Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 5+ years on the tools preferred.
