Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
