Excavator operator • Benton County, Oregon

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Benton County, Oregon. You will work on a housing development site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Your main tasks: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance Part-time with flexible hours.
