Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
