You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 3+ years on the tools preferred. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
