Immediate opening: captain waiter (Oyo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Afijio, Oyo State. You will work in a café. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Full-time with occasional weekends.
