Cook wanted in Ado

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Ado, Benue State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
